Colorado health officials say three illnesses in Colorado have been linked to sausage products recalled by a Rhode Island company following a salmonella outbreak.
Daniele International Inc. on Saturday recalled more than 1.2 million pounds of sausage and pepper products, including pepper-coated salami, amid an outbreak that has sickened 184 people in 38 states since July.
Colorado health officials said Tuesday that three people in Colorado who were sickened have recovered.
