Metro Denver ranked 46th and Colorado Springs ranked 50th for foreclosure rates among 203 metro areas last year, according to foreclosure data provider RealtyTrac.

Greeley, which in 2006 led the nation with its foreclosure rate, ranked 29th. Fort Collins ranked 70th. All the top 20 metro areas for foreclosure last year were located in just four states — California, Nevada, Arizona and Florida.
