NELSONVILLE, Ohio — At least two people have withdrawn from an Ohio college and several others are moving because of a note scrawled in a bathroom that threatened to kill all black students.
Some say the threat has brought simmering racial tensions to the surface at Hocking College, a two-year technical college in the Appalachian foothills. The note threatened a mass killing Feb. 2.
