DENVER—New LED billboards could be banned in Denver.
A city council committee gave initial approval to plan to ban the brightly lit signs on Wednesday. The measure now heads to the full council.
Currently there are three such billboards. They wouldn’t be affected because the ban would apply to new LED billboards.
