The Denver Medical Examiner’s office today identified the man whose body was found in Washington Park Monday morning.
A passerby found Thomas Hecomovich, 45, near East Virginia Avenue and South Downing Street at about 7 a.m. and went to a nearby firehouse for help.
Records show Hecomovich’s most recent address is the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless’ Stout Street Clinic.
The death did not appear to be suspicious, Denver police said Monday, but “the cause and manner of death are pending further studies,” the Medical Examiner’s office said today.
