A 43-year-old man has been charged in Denver with 100 criminal counts, including 85 counts of indecent exposure.
Raymond Swisher “exposed himself repeatedly in public places over the last several years,” according to the Denver district attorney’s office, and the defendant is also accused of secretly recording consensual sex with numerous women.
Besides indecent exposure, Swisher is charged with 15 counts of unlawful sexual contact, the prosecutor’s staff said.
According to court documents, many of the indecent-exposure counts allege that Swisher exposed himself to children at public places, including swimming pools and department-store changing rooms, and that he videotaped the encounters.
Swisher is being held at the Denver Jail, with bail set at $195,000. He is to return to court Thursday.
