LA PAZ, Bolivia — A governing party candidate in Bolivia is making 1,000 adobe bricks as part of a drunken-driving sentence. Felix Patzi, an Aymara Indian who was running for governor of La Paz, made 300 bricks by Tuesday afternoon. Patzi acknowledged he drove drunk and he gave up his candidacy at the request of President Evo Morales.
