UNIVERSITY OF DENVER:Named Martin Katz dean of the Sturm College of Law. Katz, who has been on the faculty since 2000, has served as interim dean since July.

KEY EQUIPMENT FINANCE: Appointed Lori Frasier as senior vice president of research and development. Frasier joined Key in 2003 as senior vice president of human resources and facilities management.
