NEDERLAND — A preschool in Nederland that was forced to close last week after investigators arrested one of its teachers on suspicion of sexually assaulting a student and then discovered that other teachers had criminal records has received state approval to reopen today.
Over the Rainbow preschool had to comply with several state mandates in order to get a probationary license for six months, including laying off one of its teachers, said Colorado Department of Human Services spokeswoman Liz McDonough.
