The Colorado Lottery Commission approved Wednesday the sale of the Mega Millions Jackpot game in Colorado, 9News reported Wednesday. The game could begin selling here in mid-May.
Powerball and Mega Millions formed a partnership in October to allow cross-selling of their large jackpot lotteries.
The drawings for Mega Millions are on Tuesdays and Fridays. The drawings for Powerball are on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Powerball has been sold in Colorado since 2001.
