WASHINGTON — Oshkosh Corp. fended off a challenge from two competitors, keeping a contract to build armored trucks for the U.S. Army valued at as much as $3 billion.
Friday’s decision by the Army lifts a stop-work order placed after the original award was protested to the Government Accountability Office by losing bidders BAE Systems PLC and Navistar International Corp., the Army said in a statement.
