Developer Steve Sirang will sell 15 condos at the Highmark Resort in Steamboat Springs at an auction March 12.
The auction will include two-, three- and four-bedroom units furnished with Ralph Lauren-inspired furniture.
The units are in a six-story building directly adjacent to the ski area’s Silver Bullet gondola. The property’s amenities include an owners’ club room with fireplace, large high-definition TV, game tables, serving kitchen and sitting areas; concierge service; storage for ski equipment and bikes; heated under-building parking; and a pedestrian plaza with heated sidewalks around the building.
