EAST LANSING, Mich. — The Buckeyes’ Evan Turner was dealing with a head cold and flulike symptoms when he arrived at Michigan State. He left town Sunday feeling much better.
Turner finished with 20 points and 10 rebounds to tighten the conference standings. Ohio State (21-7) and Michigan State (21-7) are tied for second place in the Big Ten with 11-4 records, a half-game behind Purdue.

MANHATTAN, Kan. — Nyeshia Stevenson led all scorers with 24 points and the Sooners overcame a 21-point deficit to defeat the Wildcats. Trailing 43-22 early in the second half, Oklahoma (19-7, 9-3 Big 12) went on a 20-2 run. The Sooners finally took the lead at 53-51 lead with about four minutes remaining.
