Kim Martin is the only goalie not from Canada to beat the United States in international women’s hockey. When she was just 19, Martin, right, stopped 37 shots and all in the shootout in Sweden’s upset of the U.S in the 2006 Olympics. The U.S. will be seeking revenge today in a semifinal. But the funny thing is the Swedes are being coy on who will start in goal. Coach Peter Elander said after practice Sunday he wouldn’t decide on a goalie until game time, saying Sara Grahn provides more size. No matter who starts, the Americans will bring their A game. “It’s a repeat of Torino,” defenseman Angela Ruggiero said. “We plan on bringing everything we’ve been working toward. We’ve been training just for this. We know how important the next game is. We know we’re going to have to show up to advance to the final.”
