A state trooper maneuvered in front of a fleeing car to end a 5-minute chase at West 104th Avenue and Clay Street in Westminster tonight.
Trooper Ryan Sullivan, a spokesman for the Colorado State Patrol, said he did not yet have information about the driver at about 10:30 p.m., about 30 minutes after the incident.
The driver was the only occupant of the car, and neither the trooper nor other motorists were injured, he said.
The chase started at Federal Boulevard and West 64th Avenue and sped north, after a trooper tried to pull the driver over for a traffic offense. Sullivan did not have information on the specific infraction, however.
