Who does Tony Kornheiser think he is, Joan Rivers? That stuff might play on the red carpet, but not at the Worldwide Leader. First, ESPN suspended the “Pardon the Interruption” host for two weeks for criticizing morning “SportsCenter” host Hannah Storm’s fashion sense, but says what also raised ESPN’s ire was an apparent rip Kornheiser and a co-host took at Chris Berman, left, and his Nutrisystem commercials. Kornheiser: “I know I’m not supposed to be critical of ESPN people, like if I point out that people say that they lost 50 or 60 pounds have actually gained all the weight back . . .” Co-host: “Gained the weight back, back, back, back.”
