Crocs Inc., the maker of plastic clogs, saw its stock drop Friday in response to a leadership change
Its fourth-quarter net loss was $11.4 million, or 13 cents a share, Niwot-based Crocs reported Thursday after U.S. exchanges closed. Crocs plunged another 74 cents, or 9.5 percent, to close at $7.05 Friday on the Nasdaq exchange.
John Duerden, 69, will leave the CEO job and the company’s board Monday. Chief operating officer John McCarvel, 53, will replace him.
