BOULDER — Police have cited two people on alcohol charges after one of them fell about 19 feet from the roof of a sorority house, suffering broken bones and internal injuries.
Rachel Anne Feucht, 20, faces a charge of being a minor in possession of alcohol. Police say she drank large quantities of beer and vodka before falling early on the morning of Feb. 20.
Jon Robert Stroker, 21, faces a charge of serving alcohol to a minor. Police say he provided alcohol to Feucht.
