PUEBLO, Colo.—A Lotto player who bought a ticket in Denver for the Feb. 27 drawing has won the jackpot worth more than $6.72 million, the Colorado Lottery said.

A single ticket that matched all six of the numbers drawn Saturday was purchased at a King Soopers at 3100 S. Sheridan Blvd., said Erika Gonzalez, a spokeswoman for the Colorado Lottery. The store will receive $5,000 for selling the ticket.

The randomly selected numbers were 6, 8, 9, 24, 27 and 36. The winner did not immediately come forward Monday.

The ticket holder will have until Aug. 26 to redeem the ticket, and must choose between an annuity worth $6,722,209 or a one-time lump sum payment of $3,361,104.

Another 15,999 tickets won prizes ranging from $3 to $748 each, according to the Lottery’s Web site, which lists the odds of hitting the jackpot as 1 in 5,245,786.

Drawings are held Wednesdays and Saturdays.
