A man accused of wounding two students at Deer Creek Middle School with a rifle last week will face felony attempted-murder and assault charges in Jefferson County, based on a court hearing Tuesday.

Bruco “Bo” Strong Eagle Eastwood, 32, has been jailed in Golden under $1 million bail since his arrest Feb. 23.

District Attorney Scott Storey also charged Eastwood with child abuse resulting in serious bodily injury and with unlawful possession of a gun on school grounds, which also is a felony. The Denver Post
