PORT-AU- PRINCE, Haiti — Two Americans still jailed on kidnapping charges in Haiti will have to wait for their freedom.
Judge Bernard Saint-Vil said he is still consulting with prosecutors on the charges against Laura Silsby and Charisa Coulter, who were accused of kidnapping Haitian children.
He earlier had said he might order their release Tuesday.
