A Fort Morgan man was found stabbed last night in a trailer park and another local man has been arrested in his death.
At about 11 p.m. Tuesday the Fort Morgan Sheriff’s Office received a call about “a victim of a possible assault” at the Wayward Wind Trailer Park, the sheriff’s office said in a media release.
Deputies found a man “lying on the ground, unconscious and not breathing,” the release said. “A victim of an apparent stab wound.”
Ricardo Macias Moran, 39, was pronounced dead at the scene, the sheriff’s office said.
A witness told investigators that a small white pickup fled the scene at a high rate of speed.
Miguel Angel Vicente, 27, of Fort Morgan, has been arrested as a suspect in Moran’s death.
