COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—In a story March 5 about a drug case, The Associated Press reported erroneously that the Colorado Court of Appeals ordered the release of Thomas Lynn O’Hara III, who had been convicted of methamphetamine charges. The Colorado Court of Appeals overturned O’Hara’s conviction and ordered a new trial but did not rule on whether he would be released pending the new trial. The courts will take up that question later.
