Evergreen Energy Inc. on Monday announced a definitive agreement to sell assets of both Buckeye Industrial Mining Co. and Evergreen Energy to Rosebud Mining Co. for $32.9 million.
The proceeds from the Buckeye sale, which is anticipated to close in mid-May, will be used to retire the outstanding 2009 convertible notes.
