A Lafayette-based real estate firm is at the heart of a $3.4 million statewide mortgage and lending fraud indictment against five Coloradans.
Colorado Attorney General John Suthers announced Friday that the suspects used 19 businesses, with ties to Lafayette’s Jaguar Group LLC, to defraud commercial lenders in Colorado and Arizona.
The five defendants named in the grand jury’s 40-count indictment are: John Reinholdt II, 38; Heather Cratty, 33; Raina Martin, 34; Mary Ann Hocker, 66; and Jon Michael, 44.
