CIUDAD JUAREZ, Mexico — Mexican soldiers have arrested a suspect in the killings of three people linked to the U.S. consulate in Ciudad Juarez, police said Monday.
Police spokesman Enrique Torres said the suspect arrested Friday was a member of the Barrio Azteca gang. U.S. and Mexican authorities say the Barrio Azteca gang works for the Juarez drug cartel and operates on both sides of the border.
