PUEBLO, Colo.—The Pueblo Fire Department says two workers were injured when powerful wind gusts toppled an apartment building under construction.

Fire officials say the workers’ injuries are not life-threatening. Officials say the collapse happened Thursday afternoon and was caused by gusts of up to 70 mph.

The fire department says six workers were on the second story of the building when it collapsed. The building did not yet have a roof.
