An $18 million renovation of the Village at Breckenridge is set to begin Monday.
The Village will be closed until Dec. 15, when the resort’s five refurbished buildings will be unveiled. Renovations will include new exteriors, roofs, decks, windows, doors, siding and railings. Planned improvements also include new entries, enhanced retail storefronts and fire-suppression systems.
The Village includes 235 residential units and 28 commercial spaces at Main Street and the base of Peak 9.
