Blue Ribbon restaurant, and its offshoots Blue Ribbon Sushi and Blue Ribbon Bakery, were favorite chef hangouts in New York City in the ’90s and ’00s. Now, the brothers behind the restaurants, Bruce Bromberg and Eric Bromberg, share at least some of the secrets for their success in the new “Bromberg Bros.
