Premeet ritual: Before a race, I’ve done the same leg stretches on the block since I was young. It calms my nerves.
Time management tip: I get my homework done first. It’s the most important thing, and I don’t let myself get behind, because it’s hard to catch back up. And don’t leave stuff until the last minute.
Planned career: Chemist, signed to swim with Denver Pioneers.

What I like most about high school sports: Definitely the energy and excitement the high school season brings. The fans bring so much more energy into the pool area.
