PARK MEADOWS: Recently announced that Barbara L. Brooks will serve as the new senior marketing manager of the shopping center. Brooks has a long history in shopping-center and downtown-entertainment-district marketing, having worked for three shopping-center developers.

NATIONAL FEDERATION OF PARALEGAL ASSOCIATIONS: Appointed Debra Hindin- King, litigation paralegal at Holland & Hart, as the 2010 chairman of the strategic planning committee. Hindin-King was recently recognized as the NFPA 2009 Paralegal of the Year.
