BOSTON — Boston Athletic Association officials say they have heard from about two dozen participants in the Boston Marathon who are stranded in Europe, including Abdellah Falil, a Moroccan in the elite field who is waylaid in Paris. Falil, who competed in the 10,000 meters at the Beijing Olympics, was supposed to arrive Wednesday, but now he is not expected until tonight at the earliest. The race is Monday.
