The body of a man who was pulled from the Highline Canal last week has been identified.
Antonio M. Rodriguez, 41, was found Tuesday in the Highline Canal in James A. Bible Park near the 6800 block of East Yale Avenue, according to the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner.
Rodriguez was pulled from the water and taken by ambulance to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
An autopsy has been completed, but the coroner’s office did not release a cause of death pending laboratory test results.
