CENTENNIAL, Colo.—FBI agents and Denver metro police were searching for a bank robbery suspect who showed a green hand grenade to a teller.
FBI spokesman Dave Joly says it’s unclear whether the grenade was a fake.
The bank robbery happened about 9:30 a.m. Monday at a Bank of the West in Centennial, south of Denver.
Joly says the man handed a note to the teller but then took it back.
