ISLAMABAD — At least five anti-Taliban leaders have been killed in the Swat Valley in northern Pakistan during the past two weeks, residents there said, raising fears that the Taliban forces that once ruled the area could be regrouping. The pro-government leaders were killed in three separate attacks starting April 13, residents of the valley said by phone Thursday. It was not clear who the killers were, but all the victims were people from the area who had been central to peace talks in the valley, the residents said.
