PHILADELPHIA — Creditors of Philadelphia’s two largest newspapers said they had submitted a bid by the Friday deadline to try to win them at next week’s bankruptcy auction.
The auction follows a year-long bankruptcy fight between the creditors and Philadelphia Newspapers management.
