WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama plans to nominate three new Federal Reserve governors today, a source familiar with the plans told The Washington Post:
• Janet Yellen, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
• Sarah Bloom Raskin, Maryland’s top bank regulator.
• Peter Diamond, an economist at MIT.
