Two Washington Capitals fans got a flat tire, but now they’re jacked. All because a stranger, also on his way home from Wednesday’s stunning, season-ending playoff loss to Montreal, pulled over on the busy Roosevelt Bridge and changed it for them. The stranger: Capitals center Brooks Laich. “He was like an angel, I’m telling you,” said Mary Ann Wangemann, who had gone to the game with her 14-year-old daughter. “Can’t say enough nice things about him.
