Third baseman Ian Stewart is known for raw power and being California cool, but he lost his temper in the bottom of the seventh inning after striking out looking. Stewart told plate umpire Tim Timmons that he missed the call and was ejected. “It’s one of those things where I didn’t feel like it was a strike. I didn’t curse at him. Maybe it was my body language,” Stewart said.
