Flight attendants who were employed by Midwest Airlines are suing the International Brotherhood of Teamsters and Republic Airways, which bought Midwest and Frontier last year.
The flight attendants, who were laid off last year by Republic, contend in a lawsuit filed Monday in U.S. District Court in Milwaukee that the Teamsters and Republic failed to integrate them into a seniority list and that if they are hired by Republic, they would have no seniority.
