COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Colorado Springs police say they have arrested two suspects in a fatal shooting outside a restaurant.
Thirty-one-year-old Cynthia Casado-Balestier and 25-year-old Miguel Ortiz Marin were arrested Tuesday on suspicion of first-degree murder in the April 25 death of Esteban Garcia.
Police say the 62-year-old Garcia was shot several times during an attempted robbery outside El Ranchito restaurant.
The suspects haven’t entered a plea and it wasn’t immediately clear whether they had attorneys.
