DENVER—Residents along the Front Range are cleaning up branches and trees weighed down by wet snow from a May storm.

Colorado’s central mountains, the foothills west of Denver and the northeast part of the state felt the brunt of the spring storm that unleashed rain and snow Tuesday. The National Weather Service says 11 inches of snow was reported near Jamestown in Boulder County as of early Wednesday, and there was about an inch of precipitation reported at Denver International Airport.

The Colorado Rockies’ game Tuesday night against the Philadelphia Phillies in Denver was canceled due to the weather, and the National Weather Service says there’s a chance for more rain or snow in the Denver area each day through Saturday.
