FORT COLLINS, Colo.—Fort Collins police have arrested a man after a hit-and-run accident that injured a bicyclist.
Twenty-three-year-old Justin Michael Holbrook was arrested Sunday on suspicion of hit and run and driving under a suspended license.
Police say 47-year-old Donald Peccia of Fort Collins was riding his bike south across Drake Road when he was struck around 5:19 p.m. Sunday. He wasn’t wearing a helmet. Police didn’t know his condition.
Police say they traced a vehicle matching the description of one involved in the accident to Holbrook.
