Lakewood- based Colorado Goldfields is seeking a state permit to reactivate the Pride of the West Mill north of Silverton in southwestern Colorado this summer. The mill would be capable of producing lead, zinc, gold and silver. The Durango Herald reports that the mill is expected to generate $2.5 million a year and has a replacement value of $20 million.
