The federal grand jury in Denver has indicted Eric Dodd, suspected of being the “Portfolio Bandit,” on 11 counts of bank robbery that occurred from August 2009 to this month.

Dodd, 38, of unincorporated Adams County, was arrested by an FBI SWAT team May 13. He is being held without bail.

According to the indictment, Dodd robbed eight banks in the Denver metro area in 2009 and three in 2010. The indictment alleges that on all 11 occasions, Dodd used force, violence and intimidation to rob the banks.
