El Paso County sheriff’s deputies have issued a nationwide bulletin for two former residents of the Monument townhome where a little girl’s body was discovered in a crawl space last week.

Monique Lynch and Hanif Sims are believed to have moved out of the townhome at 764 Century Place, Unit A, in early 2009, said Lt. Lari Sevene, sheriff’s spokeswoman.

Deputies want to speak to the pair, Sevene said, although she said that does not mean they are considered suspects.

Both have warrants out of New Jersey, one likely reason Sevene said they aren’t coming forward. Lynch is wanted on a drug-related probation violation; Sims is wanted on a weapons violation.

The El Paso County coroner’s office has yet to release an identity, age, cause or manner of death on the girl whose body was found by construction workers May 14.
