Getting your player ready...

Height: 5-feet-8.

Weight: 125 pounds.

Age: 16. Born: July 15, 1993, in Denver.

High school sport: Golf (tied for sixth place at 2009 Class 4A state tournament; has won seven tournaments in 2010, tied for second in regional meet).

Grade-point average: 3.5.

Class: Junior.

My favorite subject: Mathematics.

My favorite athletes: Juli Inkster, Beth Daniels and Meg Mallon.

My favorite team: Broncos.

What I listen to: Pop, alternative rock and some country.

The best things on my training table: Chicken and pasta.

Prematch ritual: I’m kind of superstitious. If I play good on one day, I’ll try to do the same things the next day.

Time management tip: I’ve missed tons of school since golf started. (Last week) was my first full week in a while. But I talk to my teachers and get caught up. I’ve been kind of a bad procrastinator.

Planned career: Undecided, maybe something with business.

My family: Parents Sara and Mike; sisters Leslie, Laura and Leah; brothers Michael and Matthew.

I would love to visit: Scotland to play golf.

What I like most about high school sports: I like going out to them. High school sports aren’t as competitive (as other amateur tournaments), so I go out and have lots of fun. I also like being on a team as opposed to playing as an individual. I just have lots of fun with it.

What I like least about high school sports: I don’t like the spring season, when you get all the cold weather, snow and rain, but I’ve learned to deal with that. I’d have to say I like it all.
