UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO LEEDS SCHOOL OF BUSINESS: Said a paper co-authored by finance professor Sanjai Bhagat on the relation between governance indices and corporate performance has been honored as one of the Best Corporate and Securities Articles of 2009 by the Vanderbilt Law School publication Corporate Practice Commentator. The paper also won the De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek Law Prize for the best paper in the Law series awarded by the European Corporate Governance Institute.
