Colorado’s use of private- public partnerships has placed it among the top states in the country when it comes to workforce development and training, according to a new study from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Chamber Foundation.
The Enterprising States study highlights how state and local policies play a vital role in spurring job creation and economic development.
Colorado also performed well in creating jobs through infrastructure, entrepreneurship and innovation, and tax and regulation.
