EL PASO COUNTY — The body of a person was discovered in a Toyota pickup that crashed down a 200-foot ravine about 7 miles east of Colorado Springs. The gender of the victim has not been released. Officials believe the body may have been in the location for at least a day, said Nate Reid, spokesman for the Colorado State Patrol. A passer-by spotted the car Saturday and contacted the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office and State Patrol just before 1 p.m.
